Advertising and Marketing

GlobalNet markets and advertises its products and services in an ethical manner. To achieve this GlobalNet will abide by the following practices:

  • The CEO is responsible for the creation of advertising and marketing material.
  • GlobalNet Academy will always gain a client’s or an organisation’s written permission before using information about the individual or company in any marketing materials.  This will ensure the privacy of an individual and/or company is respected at all times and that employees respect the confidentiality of information acquired during the course of GlobalNet’s operations. As an RTO, staff members will ensure conformity to all relevant standards, laws and other requirement including privacy legislation
  • Ensure that training products and services are accurately represented to prospective students / candidates / clients in accordance with RTO requirements and/or other requirements. This will ensure individuals understand what they are purchasing and reduce the chance of receiving complaints
  • Ensure training products and services covered by the organisation’s scope of registration are clearly identified. Only AQF qualifications GlobalNet is registered to issue will be advertised.  This will ensure individuals understand the national context of what they are purchasing and reduce the chance of receiving complaints and/or not meeting NVR standards
  • Identify nationally recognised products separately from courses recognised by other bodies (or without recognised status) in GlobalNet advertisements
  • This will ensure individuals understand what they are purchasing and lessen the chance of confusion or receiving complaints
  • Comply with the names/titles/codes as recognised by the National Regulator, training packages, qualifications and/or accredited courses
  • This will ensure individuals understand the national context of what they are purchasing and lessen the chance of receiving complaints and/or not meeting AQTF standards and assist with future recognition processes
  • Ensure the use of the national training logo on advertising and marketing of all nationally recognised courses in accordance with the standards
  • This will ensure individuals understand the national context of what they are purchasing and so lessen the chance of receiving complaints and/or not
    meeting NVR standards
