When giving feedback, please be as constructive and as detailed as possible. Whilst “it was great” warms the heart, we don’t know why you felt it was great. Conversely, “didn’t meet my expectations” doesn’t tell us where we could improve.

We take your feedback very seriously and act upon honest and constructive feedback in an effort to improve what we do. Your comments can remain anonymous if you wish, but if you provide opportunities for improvement or a complaint, we do ask you to provide your name and contact details, then we are able to inform you of the improvements to our systems.
