About The Course
This one-day short course teaches participants how to create standards, manage expectations, and hold people accountable, so they may become a more effective manager of people. This workshop will explore how you can establish a culture of performance by using effective performance techniques and systems, feedback, and communication. Learn how to set benchmarks and KPIs, and support others through coaching and mentoring to reduce the risk and cost of poor performance.
