Operational Leadership

1 %

1 %
of Millennials are concerned that their workplace does not develop their leadership skills.
1 %
of people quit their job to get away from bad managers at some point in their career.

75% of people quit their job to get away from their manager at some point in their career. Having a bad manager is often a one-two punch: Employees feel miserable while at work, and that misery follows them home, compounding their stress and putting their well-being in peril.

The most important investment you can make is in people.  People are at the heart of everything we do.  Whether you are an individual wanting to develop your career or a business needing to upskill its staff, investing in leadership training can provide a significant return on your investment. Individuals and businesses alike can improve their productivity, their ability to work in teams, the adaptability to change and leverage the skills of those around them to take advantage of any opportunities that come their way.

Our Tasmanian face to face workshops in BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Managment can help businesses and individuals develop skills in:

  • Setting targets
  • Effective communication
  • Motivating and engaging individuals and teams.
  • Managing performance with clear accountabilities
  • Emotional Intelligence to work with others
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and conflict management
  • Planning, evaluation and reporting

Stand out from the rest

Whether as an individual or a business, ensure that you stand out from the rest!  Our Tasmanian based BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification doesn’t use off the shelf, mass produced books and assessment tools that have no context or meaning to learners.  We combine face to face training, workplace visits, on the job training and self paced learning to give participants the very best training we can.

Face to face workshops means that we actually do training!  We don’t just give learners a workbook and then leave it up to them.  We assess participants using practical and relevant assessment tools that are designed to assess actual skills needed in the workplace.

What makes us valuable to you? We actually train people in the skills they need to be better at their job.  This means people get things done faster, more effectively and save money in the process.  We give people the skills to adapt and change as the business does.

Want to keep staff and have them more engaged, committed and enthusiastic about your business?  Invest in your leaders at every level of your organisation.  Make sure your leaders are committed to getting the best from their teams through great communication, managing performance, developing and training others, setting and achieving targets, role modelling the behaviours you want all the while keeping an eye on the bottom line.
