Why are we asking these questions?
Your feedback is important to us. I know everyone says that, but as we’re a small company, and we’re based in Tasmania (so everyone knows everyone!), we take all serious feedback seriously! Your feedback helps us know what we’re doing well and what we can improve on. If we’ve asked for any photos, please share any you feel comfortable sharing as well. Those make for great memories… for us and for you!
What happens after you press the “submit” button?
The system will take a few seconds to record your feedback. Sometimes it can be a little slow. This is because we’re sending you a copy of your feedback and we send email out through our secure Microsoft server. This means it can take a little longer for our system to talk to their system! (You know how computers can be!)
