Due to work load and commitment, it has always been difficult to complete units, I do like the idea of zoom meetings however, I also respond to face to face to achieve outcomes in the units as they can be achieved on the day with little work to do at home as I am on call 24/7 and may be called to do shifts on the floor as RN. To be honest I have fallen out of practice for study at home.

I don't have any units as priorities.

Given it has been almost 3 years (2 years 9 months) since I enrolled in this course and had very little contact since I completed the work shops in 2018, I assumed I would not be completing the rest of the units.

I've moved out of Aged Care, now working in the Corporate Office of Banjo's as EA to the CEO and General Counsel, so my work has considerably changed. I will still be able to complete my current units next year, however may not be able to as easily attend any workshops/etc. thanks

Yesterday I completed and uploaded what I could ascertain as the remaining assessments for BSBINN502 Build and Sustain an Innovative Work Environment as well as BSBHRM405 Support the recruitment, selection and induction of staff. Hopefully what I uploaded yesterday is all good or only needs slight alterations.
I believe BSBMGT517 Manage operational plan only needs the record of assessment done to complete.
I am not sure what more needs doing for BSBWOR502 Lead and manage team effectiveness making this number 1 priority. If you can let me know that would be great.
BSBLED501 Develop a workplace learning environment and BSBMGT502 Manage People Performance I have not yet commenced re being 2 and 3. I plan to look at them very soon!
